It is also useful for projection particularly with short throw projectors. What roller should you use to paint Matte Whiteboard Paint with? Each kit is supplied with a roller designed to be used with Matte Whiteboard Paint. For best results, apply paint using a mohair or lint free short pile roller sleeve. If you are using a mohair roller, remove all loose fibres before use. Can Matte Whiteboard Paint be applied on any surface? Matte Whiteboard Paint can be applied to almost any smooth surface (glass, metal, concrete, wood, etc.). If you are using Matte Whiteboard Paint – White, it is essential to prime the surface first with White Primer or any good quality water-based white primer. For best results use Matte Whiteboard Paint White over a white surface. Can we use matte dry erase paint on wooden surfaces? Yes. Matte dry erase paint can be applied on wooden surfaces. However you must primarily ensure that the wooden surfaces should be smooth and properly prepared prior to the application of the matte dry erase paint.
