3M Scotch-Weld Urethane Adhesive DP604NS3M Scotch-Weld Urethane Adhesive DP604NS is a black non-sag, two-part polyurethane adhesive designed for tough, flexible bonds on a variety of substrates. Moreover, it sets quickly to create strong yet flexible bonds. Use it on concrete, wood, plastic, rubber, and metal. The adhesive dispenses as a non‑sag paste for precise placement. Consequently, handling is clean and controlled. With a 1:1 mix ratio, you have about four minutes of work life. It reaches handling strength in 20 minutes and cures fully in six hours. Additionally, the cured bond remains flexible at low temperatures.Store under normal conditions of 16° to 27°C (60° to 80°F) and 40 to 60% relative humidity in the original packaging, out of direct sunlight. For best performance, use this product within 18 months from date of manufacture.
