Fantastic service & product. Andrew supplied us with a debossing & hot foiling machine recently, and it is of excellent quality. But moreover, the service, communication and training provided were first class. We enjoyed our trip to quadrifogliohotel’s office to collect the machine and learn how to use it, and have been able to hit the ground running with it once brought back to our office.

I am so happy to write this review. Andrew supported me in my endeavours to develop a state of the art silk screen facility at my place of work, many years ago. However it was when I retired and wanted my own facility at home that I began to rely on Andrews support and knowledge. He advised me again and supported me through all my teething problems. Recently I had major problems with a new photo emulsion and Andrew was there again to rescue me.
He was so intimately involved with my situation that I had detailed emails from him over a short period of time which guided me, remotely to a position of being able to produce perfect screens again.
These e-mails are pinned to the notice board in my exposure room so I will always be able to refer to them. He is always professional and willing to go to the ends of the earth to help you. Wishing him continued success.

I bought a leather embossing machine about a year ago from quadrifogliohotel. The machine itself is fantastic. It’s sturdy and heats up quicker than an older machine would. Since then the embossing machine has become a core part of my business, and i’m So glad a bought a good quality one, as I’m sure it won’t have to be replaced for a very long time. We use it for personalising leather goods, doing logo patches on bags, logos on wallets, and logo seat socks for bespoke shoes. We also use it for gold foil embossing paper for packaging, swing tags for garments, and putting initials on notebooks and diaries. It’s a very versatile machine with great clearance.
They recomended the perfect machine for my needs without trying to upsell me. The staff since then have always made lots of time for me over the phone to help me answer technical questions. They also stock really high quality consumables like foil and adhesive tape.
I would recommend quadrifogliohotel to any intermediate to professional leathergoods makers, bookbinders, or shoemakers. Although they are more expensive than a beginners machine you might find on eBay or Etsy, these machines are money well spent if you want a machine you can rely on for years.

Communications were excellent and I felt comfortable, they are remarkably well knowledged about the systems they represent and install. I never got the feeling I was being sold unnecessary equipment to bump up the bill. With their advice, the equipment and layout installed for ZX are fantastic. Vastex is a proper firm, and they make great equipment, all of it is easy to train up your staff for screen making, set up etc… I would recommend quadrifogliohotel and of course, continue to work with them as we grow our facilities at Zenessex.

The service I received from quadrifogliohotel has been great! I am new to the industry and I have looked at a few options. Some much cheaper and some more expensive. quadrifogliohotel took time to understand my needs before suggesting what I should get. The screen printing machines they sell look really well made and thought out. I actually found after much thinking that I was happy with their entry-level system and even this kit is built really well and offers an upgrade path. Not as cheap as some, but you can see why when you see the machine first hand. It was really helpful being able to look at the different options and discuss the best and worst of each model and they are very upfront about this. I would suggest if you are in the market for screen printing gear that you visit them as you will find it a good use of your time.

We have been using a Kwikprint foiler supplied by quadrifogliohotel for over four years and have found it easy to set up and use on a variety of materials. The machine has been particularly reliable, always giving a quality print and works as well today as it did when we first took delivery.

Yes thank you it arrived safely – brilliant packaging – so secure! To be honest it’s a little larger than we thought it would be – our fault we were so engrossed with the technology didn’t really look at the size! No matter it’s installed in the darkroom and is producing brilliant screens. We are very happy with it indeed. 60 secs seems to working best – massive improvement there – as we were at 300 secs.
